It’s been exactly 4 months working with The iThrive

Here’s how it has helped me grow until now 👇

👉Before joining iThrive, I had always worked in remote roles. I was used to working alone. I had never been to an office. It took me some time to adjust to the new environment.

For me, work was all about ‘efficiency’.

However, it was here that I learned that building a company was more about ‘collaboration.’ It is the compounding effect of each individual’s efforts that does the magic…

👉Everyone talks about the company’s brand, marketing, customer review and everything outside the business. However, it is here that I learned that above all, it is the internal environment within the company, i.e. the culture that comes first.

A company’s culture can make a difference. A lot of difference. Culture is not just about 18 hours vs 4 hours of work. That’s a very limited way of understanding culture.

Culture is about vision and values. It is visible in every small thing done within the company as well as outside of it…

👉My limited view on how businesses should work was completely challenged. It is here that I learned to look beyond conventions and embrace being authentic and different.

In fact, my entire perspective on life has changed and broadened. I realized that I had a very myopic approach to life.

Being surrounded by curious people, all extremely passionate about their respective fields has been an eye-opening experience. For a 20-year-old who is just starting out, every small conversation is an opportunity to learn.

I get to learn something new every single day.

All this has never come at a cost to my personal growth. Being in a phase where I am still figuring out and want to try my hand at everything possible, iThrive has always supported my personal goals…

I still have a long way to go, but I have been fortunate enough to be a part of iThrive.
