It all started with a random introduction, in a random WhatsApp Group…

No, this is not a love story. Rather, this is a story about synchronicity.

Well, what is synchronicity?

Synchronicity is a term used to represent the process of experiences coming together and forming some sort of meaning.

These are unexplained moments. It is when we look back and ask ourselves how certain events aligned in such perfect rhythmical order.

On a deeper level, it is the external world mirroring and answering some of the questions occurring in our internal world…

Exactly 17 months ago, I had learnt how to write a decent blog and create social media posts. I was now looking for the next thing.

On an external level, I wanted to learn how startups work. But while continuing to do that, internally I also wanted to learn more about myself.

Until then, I was pretty much a product of the education system, doing things mindlessly (even though doing them well). Still recovering, not gonna lie.

And then comes a random startup event. I get added to a random WhatsApp Group. I muster the courage to send a random introduction to a group full of “business people”. And then, I get a random call for an interview.

Well, that is how random my journey into iThrive was. And what a journey this has been!

On a professional front, I got a chance to explore all departments of a business. There were so many things I never thought I would get to do this early in my career (like interviewing and recruiting).

But more than that, iThrive opened an entirely new world for me. It exposed me to so many new perspectives of seeing the world, which naturally boosted my curiosity and hunger to learn more about myself. And along the way, I met some lovely souls!

All thanks to the wonderful culture here at The iThrive . It is a space where both the company and its team members can thrive, without sacrificing individuality.

Thanks to Avinash Deshmukh Mugdha Pradhan and Ajay Shinde for being a constant support throughout. It’s been great witnessing iThrive’s growth until now, and I wish the entire iThrive Team all the best going ahead!

Looking back, I am grateful for all the “random” events that got me here.

As I begin my new journey, I will be taking along a lot of learnings with me!
